Hoops City Highlights

Since we last heard from 2018 Memphis East standout, TJ Moss, he has picked up a few more college offers (including one from his hometown University of Memphis Tigers), crept his way in the top 20 of his respected class, and has steadily building on his game. Moss is a straight "Killah" on the hardwood. The moment never gets too big for this young man. The young sophomore-to-be has poise and basketball IQ beyond his years. If your on the EYBL circuit, take notice of Moss and Team Penny.

Here are some clips of Robert Boyd, of Memphis Southwind. Boyd is a beast on the defensive end and one of the best leapers in the area. He finishes around the rim with strength and will try to dunk everything near the cup. Boyd has great defensive timing and has quick jump ability. Robert is easily one of the best rim protectors in the area. Check him out on the Adidas circuit running with the Memphis Magic Elite 16 and under.

 Check out clips from, Memphis Hamilton's 2016 combo guard, Romero Hill. Hill was a key contributor during Hamilton's run to the Tennessee State AAA championship. Although the Lawson brothers dominated the action, Hill provided stern defense, shooting and timely shot making.

 Here's clips of 6'7" Post, Garrett Golday of Arlington (TN) High School/Team Thad. Golday started every game as a freshman last season. Golday is a super long 6'7" with a 7' plus wing span. He is great at shooting the mid-range elbow jumper, running the floor, and shot blocking. Golday excels at rebounding out of his area. No doubt Garrett Golday will be one of the most talked about kids in the 2018 class.
